Here is a look at a reasonable high level cyberpunk 2077 netrunner build able to hack the cameras and then take out a gang. The similarities between this and Watch Dogs Legion are uncanny. An interesting way to play although as with WDL a little overpowered perhaps. Needs more countermeasures.

Not really, since its an RPG first & foremost, which means another skilled netrunner could use the same offensive skills on you, during a battle against multiple opponents. Remember that in an area with a netrunner, if you start hacking/ taking down opponents, you'll get an area search by the same netrunner who will reveal your position to his clique.
Playing on V.Hard by the way.
I find Watch Dogs Legion much better than this. This game is just pure disappointment. Even the stealth is broken
It is overpowered but it is so gdamn boring to play like this…
