1. Get technical to level 5
2. Unlock the True Craftsman perk from the Crafting tree
3. Have at least 5,000 eddies to start
4. Buy the crafting spec Target Analysis from the ripper doc in Kabuki
5. Buy the crafting components from the weapons shop at Kabuki Market
6. Craft as many Target Analysis as possible
7. Sell them all to the drop point nearby
8. Repeat 5-7 until satisfied
+ If the drop point runs out of money or the weapons vendor runs out of components, wait 24 hours and they will restock
