  1. Interesting CDPR didnt programme to close the door right after Hansens entry. Its also weird to me that you cant do takedowns on Hansen (with the help of memory wipe), which you can use on Smasher.

  5. My head canon is that it was Reed, either directly or indirectly, who was responsible for his death in this outcome. While obviously their main objective was to get the neural matrix and kill Hansen on the way out the door, the official directive from Myers was to just kill Hansen. Reed wouldn't have left Dogtown until that was done and he seems like the type of dude who would've had a plan B already in place by the time V and Alex entered the stadium.

    The most obvious answer though is Mr. Hands somehow got to Hansen, but at the same time it kind of seems like Hands put all his chips on V killing him. He's obviously wanted Hansen dead for a long time and he seemed to be passively aiming V at Hansen ever since V broke into Dogtown. If Hands had any other way of getting to Hansen, he would've pulled that trigger long ago.
