This project is becoming far more than I can possibly do on my own, or for the amount of time it needs. If you would like to take the helm on making reports related to the findings of the v0 Build of Cyberpunk 2077, feel free to contact me, and I’ll add you here and on the Doc.

The version of Cyberpunk 2077 located on every physical copy of the game is from late September of 2020, over two months before the release date. Thanks, in part to the insanely rushed final months of development, it’s bursting with cut content that was removed at the last minute in a dash to make the build run on last-gen consoles. The best part? Anyone can play it, right now.

Let’s talk about that.

Valve News Network (VNN) is now Tyler McVicker.

  2. I feel bad for the developers, I'm sure they knew it wasn't possible to deliver on the promises if this is what it looked like back in the September

  3. That's right, betafied week!
We're gonna be talkin about the BETA
We'll be talkin about the CUT CONTENT
Do you think that's FUNNY, Tyler?
Do you find it amusing that we'll be talking about the DEVELOPMENT?
Yes, we're also gonna be talkin about UNUSED ASSETS
    TRAILER FOOTAGE
    The E3 DEMO
    The JOURNALIST PACKAGE
    AND
and we will DEFINITELY be spending a LOT OF TIME talking about LEAKED BUILDS

  4. All you did was play the day one version, I have it (the pre-release beta for PC)… It wasn't "discovered". If anyone is interested I have every single version of the game, working in a standalone format. Made good use of that Special Edition 2TB Seagate. I've got an archive of it all!!! MWAHAHAHA

  5. Some of the cut features in this sounds better than the release build. Why did they cut some of this good stuff? Cyberpunk 2077's development, and the decisions made surrounding it, will never cease to fascinate me. I hope that one day it will be the game they promised.

  6. Cdpr is actually quite probably a very good company for you to look into now you're so done with valve;
So much talent squandered by management, so many unknowns, and of course, they actually do stuff.

I just hope you don't get burried under all the people who sadly still have an axe to grind when it comes to cyberpunk.

Also maybe change the title of this vid, it's a bit misleading

  7. I'm confused as to why this video exists.
This is not a beta, this is the released game. Nothing's been discovered, this has been known about since day one.
This has been the standard for a generation, since the inception of the day one patch. If you want to play the version of a game pre day one patch, buy the disc, load it every time with your internet disconnected. This is not a revelation.

  8. All games do this. No PS4 games “refuse to boot” if you just play the on disc version. What a weird concept for a video. Everyone who bought cyberpunk and played the game before the 70gb day 1 patch finished downloading played this version.

  9. I feel like it has to be said, there’s a large symbol that pops up, almost instantly, when you boot up the game. A symbol that simply says “WB” and that symbol is whom I blame for this game. Warner ruins everything good as we’ve seen these past few years. And while I know the lead devs and heads at CDPR knew about the games issues. However, as WB is responsible for distribution and as large as their company is I feel as if they pushed this game to release.

  10. I haven't played the game yet, but I continue to be totally gutted about it lol
The aesthetics of it look so good, the action too. You can tell that some of the developers put their heart and soul into it

  11. You and whoever helps is doing the people's work. We all deserved so much more from this and going from grade A, Witcher 3 status to literal trash, disrespecting their developers. The fact they've started any work on any future game is blasphemous, and we all need to make sure no company should ever get away with this again
