Why can't I equip those 10% Crit Chance mods like Devastating Berserk or Neoplastic Plating? I have a bunch in my backpack but theyre not showing when i visit a Ripperdoc.

Can I get mod slots on all cyberware? Is it just that the ones I bought dont have the mod slots I want? some of the mods seem tailored for areas that I never saw mod slots for. Maybe you can't buy mod slot versions of those cybernetics and need to get them as drops?
I got the legendary Gorilla arms but I just can't put anything in the last mod slot … Is that a bug or do I need specific mod that I still haven't found after 60 hours of playing ?

This is pretty frustrating but I have no idea why I can only seem to install one piece of cyberware at a time even though there are often at least two or three available slots open when I visit a ripper. For example I've bought two armour cyberware items for my skeleton slots('Titanium Bones', one common and the other uncommon) but only one can be equipped at a time. Why is this?
This game is endlessly opaque.
