Actually Spiffing Brit already made a better 1 shot build. Just spec everything into pistols and max all crit perks. You’ll be doing 10k+ damage in no time.

If all you're taking body for is hp, go with technical ability since it will scale better as each point adds 5% more armor, which could actually be quite a bit late-game. Even 6 points give 30% more armor, which is kind of nuts. You want this for doors and stuff anyway.
