Since the game been out I always go into tech unless im full-time hacker build then I don't but with other builds I to put points into tech is where it's at

Hi dude.
I Play cyberpunk since release and tried some different skillways (ps4) i dont stop to enjoy (bugs..freezes..etc) the Story the world was so fantastic.
Now on ps5 i Start new from the scratch..so i want to know when you do only mainquest from the Start all sidequest and stuff will be still available? Didnt remember how CP handle it.
In most games i do sidequests and stuff till only Main is to do then again when sidequests are up again.
