Buying a new apartment or two helps with the Sleep buff. An extra 10% free xp is nice, especially if you know you're getting ready to do a big mission.

Just for info, you should try to hold off doing alot of Gigs until you are at least level 40. After level 32 legendary items are put into the gig reward pool, but from 32-39 its only 1-10% chance. At level 40 it goes to 43% chance of legendary rewards. Lvl 40-50 stays at 43% drop rate.
