Cyberpunk 2077 is an action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt Red. It is scheduled to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Xbox One on 10 December 2020, and for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2021. The story takes place in Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective of a customizable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.
Cyberpunk 2077 is played in a first-person perspective as V, a mercenary whose voice, face, hairstyles, body type and modifications, background, and clothing are customizable. Stat categories—Body, Intelligence, Reflexes, Technical, and Cool—are influenced by the character classes that players assume, which are NetRunner (hacking), Techie (machinery), and Solo (combat). V must consult a “ripperdoc” to upgrade and purchase cyberware implants; black markets offer military-grade abilities. The rarity of any given equipment is shown by a coloured tier system. V can take cover, aim, run, jump, double jump, and slide. Melee strikes can be dealt with close-combat weapons. There are three types of ranged weapons, all of which can be customised and modified—Power (standard), Tech (which penetrate walls and enemies), and Smart (with homing bullets). Ranged weapons are equipped to ricochet bullets in a target’s direction and slow them down in bullet time. Four types of damage can be inflicted and resisted—Physical, Thermal, EMP, and Chemical. Weapon use increases accuracy and reloading speed, which are manifested in character animations. Gunsmiths repair and upgrade weapons. The game can be completed without killing anyone, with non-lethal options for weapons and cyberware.
Night City is an American megacity in the Free State of North California, controlled by corporations and unassailed by the laws of both country and state. It sees conflict from rampant gang wars and its ruling entities contending for dominance. The city is reliant on robotics for everyday aspects like waste collection, maintenance, and public transportation.

With Skippy saying "Bad user", it only happens when you choose the option to say you're going to keep him rather than saying you'll take him to regina. If you tell him that you'll take him back he will continue his normal sassy dialog.
When did gaming become work. 2020 sucks. Screw Skippy. I gave him back because I was afraid he ran on windows and would bite me in the buttocks.
The reason why their is people that deflect smart weapon are tyger claw guys and that you have the tatoo hand which makes you unable to target properly tiger claw guys
The reason the stats drop is because you don’t have it equipped. It only scales damage with your level when you equip it

So this legendary weapon becomes disposable when it loses its only purpose for its desired playthrough. Good idea.

Im on PC, and i have had skippy ask me be returned to regina, but when i go to a drop point i am unable to sell him to initiate the dupe, any work around?

You don't have to kill, just down 50 enemy. Because that's a waste of bullets. Lol.
I think this is already patched or is it a specific drop point because I got it on the screen but even when i go in a drop point skippy doesnt show up, think its because its a quest item

Guys, please keep at least one save right before you start this mission.
This mission is prone to bugging out and may never progress after you get the weapon. I wasted hours of game play before I realized the mission was bugged. I had to do it about 3 times before it decided to work properly.
Or you could just not return skippy lol. Or just say sure I’ll return you and then not do it lol
To each his own but I prefer the tech pistols myself.
"Comrade's Hammer" if you want something OP with it's AOE kill potential (but slow fire rate), or pretty much any other high damage tech pistol is great too.
Being tech you can shoot through walls from cover and unlike Skippy you can get the tech pistols to Legendary w/more mod slots.
Even at level 30'ish I can one shot-most things most of the time.
I have a high crit pistol build with the quick hack shock passive. Tech has a bunch more cirt and damage perks too if you have the perks to spare.
Trying to make my run through without glitches for my first run what happens if I just keep him and don't turn him in?
To keep him forever you need to do the following:
1. Choose "puppy lovin" mode at first.
2. Kill 50 fools (shoot point blank in head after fight to get kill cred)
3. Kill 50 mo' fools in "stone cold" mode.
4. When asked tell Skippy "no, you're mine"
5. Dup the gun 2 times, quest will fail (don't panic)
6. Check inventory (should have 2 guns, only 1 with "!" for quest).
7. Quest is back, so go turn in.
8. Check inventory (should have 1 gun left) stuck on Cold Stone Killer mode.
9. He will continue to say bad user. To fix: Turn up the music.
Mines got the quest mark on it but I haven't even reached 50 kills
to fucking lateeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I wish there was an option to pay Regina to get Skippy back and gain admin control over him. I miss my Skippy.

The duplication still works…you have to chose no I'm going to keep you…finders keepers in order to duplicate or drop Skippy! I'm running 1.06 on the PS5 and it still works! Happy gaming!

i picked stone cold killer first, dont wanna bother repeating a past save, i just put in a non lethal mod on it, he cant kill anyone and still headshot anyone.

If you really want a non talking gun there is an epic version of the same gun. You just don't get the option to only make headshots. But you do not need to get the in plant to use smart weapons to use it..haven't gotten skippy so I don't know if he needs smartlink or not.

For me skippy doesn't show up in the sell menu…oh well looks like im just gonna hold on to him till his the only side quest to turn in or just keep him till last trophy for platinum lol
