The mission, “Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy” is where you first encounter this Penthouse, afterwards the elevators are locked, so the only way to the top is to climb the building. This is not a documentary, simply a suitable place for people to RP without mods since the Devs have locked V’s Mansion.

This video is using the vanilla CP2077 P1.31 client. No mods, no cheats. I used the Epic Fortified Ankles. You can get from Dr. Fingers (Ripper Doc) Links below for those walkthrough videos.
