Guys if it is not there for you change the time to anything between 11pm to 12pm in game and do the ghost town Panam jobs that lead you to the cave, or "Riders in the Storm".
If you read the shard on the bench in the back of the container, it's basically a batman reference, hence the cave. The car is the batmobile.
I just found the car by accident and had to search to see if anyone else had yet lol

Done literally everything that is required of you. Ive finished panams story (this includes ghost town) aand ive waited probably 10 days outside. Nada
There is something or some quest that has to be done before that car appears in the cave and everyone making these so called guides don’t seem to know what it is, they just stumbled upon the car and just assumed it was there all the time.

I’ve done the ghost town quests and everything, went there at 11:30pm and even skipped two hours still no car. Tried logging out of the game and logging back in. There’s not even a garage in the cave for me. Wack

I think after the 1.3 patch went out the car is no longer there among many other items we once could get.
I have finished the game and the car is not available… 🙁
Not sure but 1.5 patch might have removed it…i dont see it nor the metal crate either 🤔
