Legendary Katana Location: Can be bought from the Melee Weapon dealer in your apartment building as long as you have Street Cred at 11 or higher.

To know where to buy is useless – what u need is the blueprint for legendary – thats the mision, to find blueprint – if there is (a not random) one. To buy it before lvl 50 is really, really stupid, cause its useless after 10 lvl. A green lvl 20 Katana is much better then a lvl 10 legendary one.
Someone who buy (any) legendary weapon, just dont know how the game works.
If you want the all red katana the easiest way is to craft it. Once you have reached a high level you should unlock the crafting spec. Maybe 1/8 Arasake katanas crafted is all red with the round guard
Well, if u reach lvl18 of crafting u get some legendary/iconic blueprints for free. Idk if they are always the same, but i got blueprint for legendary Katana, and other thinks.
There’s a better one you can get off the cybersycho ninja but it’s lvl 30.
