I know it says "marks on hit" but it still implies you have to the throw the knife at an enemy (it's fine if it doesn't hit their head) and after they've been pelted by the knife, striking (or shooting) at their head with another weapon should have dramatically increased damage (for one hit/shot). Because it mentions "returning" the knife after they take said damage, it makes me think it needs to be thrown for the iconic effect to take place.

    Or maybe I'm wrong and the effect works as long as they're struck with the Headhunter knife, not sure.
