One of the worst bugs.
. Only 3 city center stores have BP's this one has 5, the other two have 4. everyone else has zero.
do you know where your legendary shoes are from? are the in the world or from a blueprint?
As stated below there are stores that will never have any legendary crafting. The others that do have them seem to based on street credit and level to get them to pop.
I have tryed to pull these pats from these stores from lvl 20-35 and they will not pop. Even though my street credit is at lvl 50
And yes i am aware of the bug and how to reload

So key notes are to create a save file reload save instead of skipping time.
