If you have the slow-mo on dodge then you can do the following. Aim – Dodge – Cancel – Dodge – Jump – Hold Stabilizer button. This will allow you to move pretty quick while hovering. I really hope they never fix that bug.
He also sells a lot of mods that are good if you have a high cool stat, which my first play through did….. I may just delete that play through :/. I already beat the game on it, but have missed a lot of good things ;'(.
I punched that creepy dude coz he was being rude to Judy and now Im unable to buy the best leg cyberware in the game. Even his clinic marker disappeared from the map

Use Nexus mods and download the cybertweaks console commands, then you can type Game.AddToInventory("Items.ReinforcedMusclesEpic", 1) into the string and it will spawn it into your inventory. You're welcome.

I was sceptical about fortified ankles and only got them on my 3rd playthrough. Double jump is much easier to use, but once you get used to fortified ankles you can feel the difference. Jump higher, further and combined with fall damage reduction you can jump off a roof tops without painting streets red.

So new game cause that's b.s that if your punch him you lose out on the best part of exploring and options but no lets make each ripper doc have specials thatbif we mess up and cant get like the fight with that big chick and then have to kill buddy upstairs and then cannot get the legendary meles schematics from the arms sales guy freaking hiddennin the place like damn this sucks have a market and other stuff and make it so we can get the damn legs on all docs and w.e cause shit I'm done going to place to place just to add or change something…
