How impactful is tech for netrunner? obviously you can build more powerful weapons and armor, but if you are using stealth, wouldnt that negate any armor boost? wouldnt using quickhacks remove the need to have any weapon? A rare buzzsaw can keep up with most weapons if you have the legendary short circuit, right? and with rare crafting (5 Tech) you can get infinite money. I guess for the Heist and endgame raids, you can't just stealth it, can you?
Great to see your netrunner build. Loved seeing what you had. If you can do better, I'd love to see that too and what you choose to do differently to make yourself more powerful. As for that issue with your cat, better hope it's not Deathwish, the Cyberkitty. Rache Bartmoss used that thing as an attack dog when Arasaka came to kill him, if memory serves
Great video man keep us updated on your build
I just recently started playing cyberpunk about a month ago, and my net runner is God tier powerful. If quick hacks were more powerful before, that means they must have been way OP, because as of right now they are still a bit op in my opinion. I don't even need to enter the building to kill everyone, it's pretty crazy.
