Try this instead You no longer have to duplicate items for money farm. Just go up to the buying machine press options and triangle on PlayStation at the same time without out doing the duplicate tech once you press both of the buttons like you did for duplicating go over to your own items and sell your dearest item till your machine gose to zero when you leave the machine screen go back in your item will be sold but just buy it back repeat the tech again. Beware if your doing it with weapons eventually the weapons will down grade and only worth 14edollars do it with junk items like 750 junk items or the painting . Tried this tech dis morning after watching this video and worked easy money and no more duplicate items
You can dupe more items at once even. Just sell like 100 of any item and then just do the duping trick. When you buy it back, just push the slide to 100 and buy it. Rinse and repeat and you save yourself some massive time.
FFS get on with it, I understand trying to pad run time but I'm just looking for info, not five minutes of talking before something potentially useful. Also, according to every other source this isn't correct for Xbox at least, thanks for the waste of life I won't get back. Shove off.
The mistake with this glitch is that it is your PAUSE BUTTON, it is NOT the menu escape button. it works more frequently when you pause at the same time.
I see that you haven't noticed yet that duplicating items, such as mods on clothes, e.g. armodillo, causes errors later on.
Do not duplicate mods for clothes and weapons. Duplication works flawlessly on consumables, components and, of course, oil painting. After applying a clone mod to a legendary weapon, the remaining slots cannot be manned. I warn you later you have to throw-disassemble all items with clone mods installed !!! The photo of the cloned gun sight does not work, it is "tainted" with incorrect data and no longer accepts modifications to all slots !!!
It is similar, for example, with weapon modifications such as sights and others. Only the crafted armodillos give statistics and if you duplicate, for example, an epic armodillo, after putting it into a legendary clothing, it can turn into an ordinary item and there are already a lot of errors. After taking it off and throwing it out and picking it up again, you can see the statistics, but after putting it on and taking it off, we have a few ordinary, same clothes.
everybody, this glitch does work, but not very efficiently without the painting, because the cost of buying it back is way more then selling

Think this might have gotten patched. I cant do this at all on Xbox one. Did it by accident once so now I got 2 paintings though.
