I think most people would say the netwatch one is better just because they see how good short circuit is, and that’s fair, but I agree with you that imo the rippler is better. By the end game, although short circuit one shots the benefits of it over ultimates when you have good ram recovery become a bit less, and the upload time / cdr on the rippler is so nice. I usually like to do damage with weapons and use control quickhacks for cc, so the rippler fits my needs well.
