Robocop has draining water coolers. Although the bottles are opaque, and you can't see the water, they do still have a limited amount of water in them. It can be tricky to drain them, however, as the hole you shoot will "seal up" over time, and shooting the bottle too much can make it explode. But I did take the time, in my playthrough, to carefully shoot at one until it fully drained and was empty.
At the Watoga Train Station in Fallout 76, there is a skeleton laying on it's back on top of a pinball machine. Now I don't know if it's meant to reference this, but the way the skeleton is posed on the pinball machine is disturbingly similar to Jodie Foster's position on the pinball machine during the notorious assault scene in the movie "The Accused". What adds to this theory is the skeleton is wearing a gray shirt and blue denim jeans. Jodie Foster's character was wearing a gray tank top and a blue denim skirt. The gray shirt and jeans on the skeleton do make it seem like it was a male skeleton, but the fact the clothes were colored the same as in the movie just makes it seem like it really is meant to be a reference.

In the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC, watching the video archives will reveal the identity of Liara's father. When you meet yhem in the third game, Shepard will call them out since they know the truth and not to waste their time with this espionage bullshit.
I played over 1200 hours of l4d2 VS competitively back in the day. In one match we had a glitch? maybe it was intentional, but every zombie was Jimmy Gibbs, it was impossible they all took 10 shots or more.
One game I played recently, that I definitely feel deserves lots more love, is called Titan Chaser, and in that game if you travel to a lamp post in the middle of nowhere where one of the game's phonebooth checkpoints are your character will make a comment about a character related to a book series made famous for having a lamp post in the middle of nowhere.
The Blunt eaater egg is actually a direct reference to Cheech And Chong: Up In Smoke. The enemy rolls into a blunt with both men's heads sticking out the top, just like the box art of that movie. My dad used to own a copy of that exact movie, so that's how I know. I've sadly never watched it, as he died when I was 17, so I was too young to get into stoner comedies (at least without my mom getting mad). The saddest thing is, right after his funeral was when I had my first hit from a joint, and I've been a stoner ever since. I just wish I could have smoked with my dad at least once.

Again im not sure if youve covered this but in the withcher 2 kingslayer while doing a quest of the same name geralt will fight a fellow witcher who will disarm him going to pull that sword out will actually show that he did disarm you and you have to pick your sword up.
When you said "Shot first, shot again, shot some more, and then ask questions later." reminds me of a scene from the 1999 movie Wild, Wild West. President Grant(Kevin Kline) says almost the same thing to Jim West(Will Smith) while they're in the White House.

A tiny detail, in both mw2 and mw3 rebooted during campaign price wear full finger gloves but in mw 2019 price wear fingerless gloves so during the flashback mission in mw3 we can see price wearing same fingerless gloves as the mission set in year 2019.

On the topic of 2077 and PL, during one of the missions, Reed talks about how he's lost different members of the team. One of which is a reference to the death of Omar, one of the characters in The Wire, which Idris Elba starred in as Stringer Bell.
In Medieval Dynasty in the main town of Piastova there are 3 young boys that walk around. If you are far enough away they will walk up to barrels at the markets and steal fish out of them. If you are too close though they will know you are watching and they will only pretend to count the fish then walk away.
If you walk up to babies in your village and if the sun is right behind you when they look up at you the sun will be right in their face and they will raise their hand to shield their eyes. This is tricky to get as they have to be stationary when you walk up to them and they wont do it if you are talking to them. You have to walk up and wait for them to turn to you. If they are in shadow it wont work.
The npc's say random quotes from games and movies when you walk past them.
Animals will attack you but they will always warn you that you are too close. If they warn you and you walk away then they will leave you alone. With boars they will warn you but if you stay still they wont automatically attack. They will walk up to you but when they get close then they will attack.
You missed that the joint people turn into when you kill them with the Cheech and Chong gun has the heads of Cheech and Chong sticking out of the top. This is how they appear on the cover of releases of their movie "Up in Smoke". Their heads sticking out of a rolled up joint.
The only way you would in know if the gibbs zombie is there is through the dialogue, one time I didn’t know till Ellis screamed “NOOOO!!!”

In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 (launched a couple of days ago) there is a new Nuka-Cola consumable part of the Fallout collab.
If you drink it, the animation will show your character pocket the bottle cap at the end, and your gold count will increase by 1, as a reference to caps being Fallout's main currency.

Another layer to the Black Mesa: Blue Shift one is that, if you listen to the soldier when he asks you to ID the dead scientist and THEN shoot them, the other soldiers will yell out "Shit, he knows!" and return fire.
Also, for the cheech & chong gun in mw3, instead of bullet casings flying out of it when firing they are joints
