When talking to fake Tyr there will be no accent over the Y. However when he is referenced and later meeting the real one, it will be spelt Týr
if you wait to long on the "arrest the father" choice in far cry 5 it gives you a secret ending. (idk if you have covered this but i thought it was cool)

In high on life, when you go to mr keeps there’s a sign inside that has the rules for the store on it. One of the rules is that you can’t jump on the counters, but if you do they can’t really do anything to stop you. If you jump on the counters they have dialog lines that correspond with the rule on the sign. I thought that was a cool detail
There’s also gg allin references on posters in your bedroom in high on life. I know most people probably don’t even know who that is but I thought that was a really cool deep cut reference to make light of haha that game is soooo good

If you look up, down, left and right while making your xbox 360 avatar burp you get different burps!!!!!!!!!

Ready or not doesn't have a difficulty setting, the game has barricaded suspects, conducting a raid, stopping an active shooter, a bomb threat and rescuing hostages. There's no settings unless you download a mod which increases difficulty. Each map has different people on it, so it's more of which map you choose which makes the game harder, from meth heads to people with body armour.

The Borderlands series also have an idle lines too for every character. If you idle for too long they will say something and when you return they will greet you a welcome back.
I’m not sure you went over this Easter egg yet but in Doom (2016) at the part where you meet Samuel Hayden in person, if you shoot him when you have your gun for a short time he will say “Save your ammunition” it’s a small one but it’s funny
In cyber punk if you fornicate with Merideth stout you can get a vibration weapon

In God of War Ragnarok, the subtitles show that Tyr is not the real Tyr, as when the other characters say his name it has an accent mark, but the name for when he speaks does not. When you find the real one at the end of the game, you can see that he has the accent mark
If you spin your avatar enough you can get blue hair in Xbox 360
The QR code is a nice touch.
If you move your head left and right fast on your avatar they will make a mean face.
for the xbox 360 avatar editor, if you shake your characters head, nod, or spin it around, they'll either get dizzy from the spin, angry when they shake their head no, and positive when they nod their head yes
For High on Life, I highly recommend the Quiet Little Cottage warp option easter egg and the secret ending "easter egg"
I remember being a kid, and getting to the world 1 boss on Sonic CD (best game btw)… Grabbing a glass of–Who the heck knows what it was out of the fridge… but I came back to my game, yeah… And there I was, booted back to the menu, I didn't think I was gone long enough to time over 3 lives so I actually loaded up the game, dropped my controls, and watched Sonic for an entire 3 minutes just to see him bugger off screen before saying some words that my parents didn't much appreciate at the time.

(High on Life) if you have Gus out when helping Douglas through the pipes you get secret dialogue and a secret boss fight you can also kill 5 torg and Kenny will comment about her being a secret boss fight too😂

On Xbox 360 you can change your hair to rainbow colors by spinning your avatar in one direction for about 1minute.
During one of the missions in High On Life, if you have a trainer and use unlimited jumps to get out of the Cave-In area after defeating the boss, the UI bot confronts you about cheating.

Man, high on life is so generic and has so low effort humor that it's cringe. I can't believe people think it's funniest game ever
I detail I found which is in Breath of the Wild is that the old man has a lantern and most times lanterns represent Poes who also carry lanterns throughout the zelda franchise and a nice foreshadow for the old man aka the last king of Hyrule to have been dead at the beginning of the game. 1 other detail I noticed is that in Star wars Battlefront 2 (2017) is that Darth Vader's breathing changes when at low health then he was a high health, Bombastic found this out through a bunch of comments.
