  1. "I hope this game is yes and and not just yes period."

This was a huge disappointment for me

Spoilers for the end of the game:

I chose to side with Hanako in the end because I thought they're letting me in the front door I'll be in the board room and I can take as many of them out with me as possible. Proceed to get the worst ending.

  2. Fun fact! Adam Smasher had a "off-time" body that looked like a blonde Elvis Presley. Also according to the creator of the Cyberpunk tabletop, Mike Pondsmith, he had a one-time fling with the granddaughter of Arasaka's CEO.

  3. it's an interesting perspective playing for the first time already knowing who Adam Smasher is and everything else from Edgerunners. fight-or-flight has got to kick in when the elevator door opens and there he is

  4. This was the part that I wish I could skip. Every time you have to investigate some BJs its so boring and takes a while to find everything you need.
Also yea, Adam Smasher is in this. I hope someone made a mod to make him way stronger gameplaywise.

  5. Fun fact about Cyberpunk the Tabletop: Adam Smasher, our favorite son of New York, has an Empathy score of "Yeah, Right." While he usually inhabits a Samson frame, he also keeps a Gemini frame resembling a younger blonde Elvis Presley in storage for his days off.

  6. People who play after watching Edgerunners have such a wildly different moment when those elevator doors open.
For those who played prior, who have probably not played or even heard of the tabletop, have only Jackie and some NPC chatter namedropping him, maybe even some lore document here and there. So seeing him is not quite as impactful, yet still surprisingly scary.

  7. They made an entire anime about someone who thought he was built different, so that they could then introduce Adam Smasher to illustrate how no, in fact, HE is built different.

He pounds those Night City Kit Kats. He's smoking Silverhands. This shit ain't NOTHING to him man.

  8. 40:57 Don’t fall in love?
    Woolie, I’m afraid it’s already too late…

I hope you progress her romance. She’s a real sweetheart.

44:18 The thought of Adam Smasher just wanting to watch with his Superman suit on is fucking killing me 😂😂😂

  9. ….Every time I've played through (and especially on subsewuent playthroughs) I'd just skip around the different BD tracks to try and find the points you need as soon as possible (Kinda just hate being stuck in the BD investigation minigame mode). I didn't know that V actually commented on feeling what the recorders felt in their POV.

  10. I remember being really confused by the BD gameplay in my first playthrough until it came back in a side quest.
So while we all love to talk shit about Woolie I have to give props for this section.
