720p actually looks pretty good on a 22" panel. I bought a cheap 720p tv to use as a monitor and for console emulation pc and its worked quite well and the degradation of the image you see on a higher resolution panel isn't there.

I don't even bother playing Cyberpunk on my 1650Ti laptop anymore. It is pretty much the only game I won't run on it. Elden Ring is fine but Cyberpunk has taken on some extra overhead in recent months so it actually runs worse on my laptop than it did a 18 months ago. I was getting 90+ fps at 1080p low with high textures and no FSR. When nVidia bought off CDPR to make Cyberpunk a showcase for the next gen DLSS, they screwed over everyone with low end hardware. I basically can't run RT anymore on my 2070 Super. I used to get a solid 60fps experience at 1440p with RT fully on and DLSS Quality. Oh well, at least they fixed all the bugs, right 😝
In future, please include the exact part number of each card tested, just for "Apples-to-Apples" benefit. For those wondering, the card pictured at 24-Seconds, CANNOT be the physical card employed in this testing given the memory and frequency specifications. I am assuming the card physically tested is a Gigabyte GV-N1650IXOC-4GD, which has entire different output ports. I only point this out as there are way too many cards sharing the exact same "model name" and they vary wildly in design, specifications and prices. It might be interesting to see how the other Gigabyte Mini ITX 1650 OC Cards stack up against this one (especially the later GDDR6 models with higher base and OC frequencies). Either way, "this card" isn't in the channel anymore (I only managed to find one, at $260 new another $170 used). I'm wondering now how other cards with newer options at this price point stack up in comparison despite how it will make the folks feel that bought one of these specific cards when they came out (and in light of the reviews about performance value from 2019 forward). Would also be interesting to know when it was purchased and at what price because I doubt anyone would intentionally match this card up with the rest of your system components "by design", today, to play CyberPunk specifically. There is a HUGE value in this video as it really digs down to show what the card can and cannot do compared to others you've tested. It would be interesting to also note the power consumption of the card (and your entire system) with each of these solutions. Thanks for the great (fun) testing. I found it hugely valuable in terms of actual demonstration of features and experience that so few reviewers actually bother to provide.
