That’s strange, I got i7 4770, it’s pretty much the same like 3770, but my cpu have like 90-100% usage all the time
Dude, I have an I5-3350P and GTX 1050 ti and i still get 30 fps at 1080p textures on high, graphics on medium and at around 85% of the resolution
Ok, not perfect but I'd say it's perfectly fine if this is what you got to work with. If you're a snobby "I must have at least 60 fps or it's unplayable" then you might want to upgrade first, though honestly I'd probably want to upgrade anyway but if you can't this should be just fine.
u have to deaktivate the full-screen-optimisation and u can overclock the 1050 ti so u get more fps. also it will help to deaktivate v-sync and all that stuff. might help to get 30 fps on mid settings.

Today 2021. I still use i7 3770k combine gtx1050tk 4gdr5 .ram 16gb bus1333. Play still good with game rise tomb raider and horizon dawn, gear 5. Batter field 5. 4 .1 serise. COD WWII… And more games had nice graphic, smoothly.
