For minmaxing you want to delay your Dogtown visit until you are at least level 30. During the quest "Dog Eat Dog" in the underground parking area you can also find a Cyberware capacity shard that can be either Rare or Epic based on your character level. You need to be level 30 to make it spawn in Epic quality.

Good stuff! Especially useful for that first Phantom Liberty shard. I've seen a few other videos showing the car to look for without showing how early in the mission you actually encounter it.
One word of caution: the shard at the Badlands organised crime doesn't always seem to spawn on xbox. I've never had a problem with it on playstation, but for xbox it's very hit or miss in my experience.
Awesome. Playing through act 1 with that build now. This will be super helpful as I progress.
