Good morning, Night City!

About the game:
Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing game developed and published by CD Projekt. The story takes place in 2077 at Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective of a customisable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.

Cyberpunk 2077 was developed using the REDengine 4 by a team of around 500, exceeding the number that worked on the studio’s previous game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (2015). CD Projekt launched a new division in Wrocław, Poland, and partnered with Digital Scapes, Nvidia, QLOC, and Jali Research to aid the production. Cyberpunk creator Mike Pondsmith was a consultant, and actor Keanu Reeves has a starring role. The original score was led by Marcin Przybyłowicz, featuring the contributions of several licensed artists.

It has been released for Windows, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Xbox One on 10 December 2020, and will be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2021. The game received praise for its world design, characters, role-playing experience, and innovation, but major criticism for its poor technical performance, with many lamenting the game’s appearance on last-gen consoles.

  1. Good morning Night City!!!

Yesterday's body count lottery rounded out to a solid 'n' sturdy thirty!

Ten outta Heywood – thanks to unabated gang wars!

One officer down, so I guess you're all screwed.

'Cause the NCPD will NOT let that go.

Got another blackout in Santo Domingo.

Netrunners are at it again, pokin' holes in the power grid.

While over in Westbrook, Trauma Team's scrapin' cyberpsycho victims off the pavement.

    And in Pacifica…

    Well…

    Pacifica is still Pacifica.

This has been your man Stan.

  3. Well. Try listening to a Polish version. Some things where even better ( Polish is a native language of this game. So some things and jokes are straight from scenario. ) Pacifica is still Pacifica in polish version is something like "In Pacifica on the other hand… Let's don't talk about Pacifica OK? " ( In Polish of course) so what do you think

  4. I’m a time traveler: the sequel to cyberpunk 2077 is cyberpunk 2099. And it’s amazing. Cyberpunk 2099 is everything cyberpunk 2077 was supposed to be. The city is nearly twice it’s size now. Game still takes place in night city, but it now has infrastructure. Make a fire and firefighters show up to take it out. Kill a high value person and TT shows up in less than 3 minutes. There’s even a reference to V in one of the in game movies(there are tv shows and movies in game). The graphics are kina lackluster by (my today) standards, but you need a minimum of a rtx5080 and ddr5 to play it. A lot of games feel similar in 2030 because about 40% of them use UE5. Graphics cards are still not back to normal. Scalpers are killing the market. In 2030 it’s twice as bad as 2020. Intel has stopped making GPU, and I advise against buying them now because you’ll only get 6 years of service(they’re discontinued in 2028). AMD still sucks at ray tracing, but at least you can get 4K120 RT ultra on any card in 2030. VR takes off in a big way in 2025, but that’s another story. Lmk in comments if you have any questions about gaming or hardware in 2030. Im from 2032 so I can’t go much further than 2030. Cyberpunk 2099 is GOTY in 2030.

  5. im actually afraid humanity will go this far in the future to the point where cyberpsychos happen and people actually becoming cyborgs and shit, cutting others open for their implants and the place becoming one big dump full of crime and degeneration
