  1. I have many thoughts.
    1st, this build is called a ghost, but it doesn't involve investment into cool/stealth, which is pretty huge when the point is not being spotted

    1b, a high level cool perk: Jeepers Creepers, + legendary short circuit. crouched stealth melee attack guarantees +100 damage, and +100% crit, guaranteeing legendary short circuit effect, giving full exp for all of the following: whichever melee tree is used by your weapon, the ninjitsu tree, the cold blood tree, and the quickhack tree. by doing this and leveling 4 trees at once, you get vastly more perks in a shorter period of time, allowing you to complete your build very quickly just by dumping AP into cool and then investing one perk

    1c, cold blood perk – frosty synapse : Reduces quickhack cooldowns by 3% / 6% per stack of Cold Blood.. you can get 5 stacks of cold blood, for up to 30% quickhack cooldown reduction. combine with cold and calculated for a 50% chance of crits granting an extra stack, with jeepers creepers which grants 100% crit rate when crouching from stealth with melee, to build this super fast. everything about cold blood… snowballs.

    1d I feel like jeepers creepers + critical error + legendary short circuit, could potentially be broken.
    1e. stealth-quickhack build w/ Legendary Ping. CAN QUICKHACK PINGED ENEMIES THROUGH WALLS. you just stay outside an area, ping a camera, and while in stealth, just hack away from a closet or rooftop. like a ghost. never get into a 1-on-1 confrontation again (except with oda and adam smasher)
    2nd, Cyberpsychos, as well as all bosses, Take drastically reduced damage from repeat quickhacks. They take full damage for the first upload, Then duplicate uploads of the same quickhack do I believe 2-10% damage, meaning you cannot repeatedly cast the same quickhack. you can use each damaging quickhack once, to do the bulk of the damage, but then you need to "finish them off". that is not just a contagion thing, and it's not a bug. they also have massively increased health/armor than normal enemies, making them damage sponges to all damage types.
    3rd, using the netwatch netdiver, contagion becomes the primary workhorse, more often than not killing 5 people every upload.
    4th, quickhack exp, and breach protocol exp, can both be obtained very quickly. for quickhack exp, you can use distract enemies on every vending machine in the game. It's worth 100exp every time before exp buffs, and they are often in rows of up to 10 in some areas. breach protocol can be leveled with a perk that highlights hackable terminals on walls & stuff, and by increasing the number of slots in breach protocol, which means you can just do all those terminals outside of combat, which gets you exp for every combination you get, Plus the E$, and with perks, quickhack components, and even full quickhacks, including up to legendary quickhacks. Every quickhack in game can be obtained this way.
    4b, theoretically, you can get all your legendary quickhacks this way, which means it's possible to do this build without investing in technical ability to get edgerunner artisan. though statistically to do that requires save-scumming because you cannot re-hack a terminal.
    4c, also, in areas run by tyger claws & scavs, there are vending machines that can be breached to get money out of them as well, and when it's in parts of the map that get re-used for different jobs, I believe it resets those.

    5, the only advantage I see to taking body as a dedicated quickhack character, is actually with the "hardest" to level tree : Athletics. if you walk while spamming dodge and melee attacks, you can get something like 10,000 athletics exp per hour, and considering a completionist run can take 140 hours if you go everywhere on foot without fast travel, you can actually hit athletics 20, which means free perks from just walking weird when going from place to place. It's janky and emersion-breaking, but it's food for thought.

    6the neurotoxin perk does not effect contagion. it is unclear if this is a bug. contagion's base damage type is poison, but neurotoxin effects bonus damage of the poison type, the result is contagion, and poison grenades, are unaffected by the neurotoxin perk.

    7 build/video suggestion. DOOMGUY. body + cool. 2 perk trees. Annihilation & cold blood. not listing everything by name, but, annihilaiton gets all the movement & reload speed perks, and the "shotguns sever limbs" type stuff, and cold blooded gets "I get faster by killing", and with 1 ninjitsu perk, the "gain speed when being dectected". Just like that, you've turned cyberpunk 2077 into doom 2 -1994. it's actually super fun, in a hyperactive twitchy kinda way. you can go SO FAST.
