Fallout New Vegas despite being developed under 1.5 year with a fraction of CD project's 314 million dollars budget has more skill checks(Speech, Barter, perception,Repair,science,Lady killer, charisma)in it's dialogue tree alone for different outcomes compared to the entirety of anything CD project ever made.
Cyberpunk is littered with fake skill checks
Dragon Age origins perfectly executed origin story/life path way before
Cyberpunk is NOT really an undercooked game, it's Overcooked.
If CD project had a smaller budget & manpower they could've focused on refining only 2 or 3 aspects of the game instead of trying to make it an "Action adventure RPG STORY SANDBOX thing" to attract the masses which they failed to execute.
It's impossible to make a scramble of every genre.
