nope i dont see any resemblance to jacob in him, also pretty sure reed indisposed of them afterwards for no witnesses. hence in his text him saying that "they are delt with", couldent be any more vague.
I think the only way we can be sure that s him is if we could se his cyberleg when he is walking next to Myers

Doesn't seem likely. Myers agreed in a way that was very shady and Reed's vague "dealt with them" answer when you ask about Jacob is just weird, its a calculated non-answer. The kind you give so that you're technically not lying. You also get to see how far Myers and Reed are willing to go for what they want/need. That, and after they go missing you quietly find one of their guns.
Too bad Myers and I killed them.

I doubt it's actually Jacob. You have to consider the fact that this guy in question is in the protection detail of the president. To be selected for such position one has to be the best among the most seasoned agents or operators, think Takemura or Oda.
