Do you guys remember when games came out on discs and cartridges exclusively and couldn't get updates and patches because they were on external media, and developers had to be careful to get things right the first time? I miss those days. I really do.

At this point I do not see myself wanting to play cyberpunk anymore. I also agree that my skepticism for future games is at an all time high. I am finding myself question the legitimacy of any game that is announced. Instead of feeling excited I am apprehensive. I do not expect perfection but god damn it sucks to get lied to 😪

they were aiming for open world Deus ex they were under equipped and underskilled to perform that feat so they pivoted to open world science fiction GTA and realized very quickly they don't have any of the resources or skills to make even that happen. I've said it before I'll say it again The Witcher 3 is far from being a masterpiece it has too many graphical bugs to even count. sure the story was great but outside of that everything else was dated for its time. Because pausing every time you get into a fight is super fun. The animations were pure f**** jank. Still a great game though for an indie studio. But they're just that they're an indie studio that was attempting to make a triple a game and they f**** failed miserably. this game is never going to be what everybody thinks it's going to be there's not going to be a no man's sky turnaround it's not going to happen look at The Witcher 3 the amount of cut content in that game was never added back in. most of the bugs in The Witcher 3 are because of the cut systems that were supposed to be interacting with other systems that's why the game was so busted when it launched. But everybody forgot about that. Cyberpunk 2077 is exactly the same. CD project red is right up there with avalanche studios in my opinion they consistently bite off far more than they can chew they create fun games that are riddled with technical issues and bugs.

After the first Destiny I swore not only would I never pre-order again, but I would never buy a full priced game ever either. I've only broken that rule for DMC 5 and FFVII remake.

read all: ive enjoyed cyberpunk for a long time since its release, lotta great stuff blabla, but after doing it all twice, i played Dishonored 2 for a playthrough, and yesterday logged back into cyberpunk, and its BULL.SHIT. it feels awful!! its SO unfinished, idk wtf i was thinking, im 100% on board with the anti's ✊

How do we know when a really good game is going to hit? We don’t. The $60 or $70-100… we end up spending is a gamble these days. CDPR has improved the game since launch but still never matched the hype it accumulated. Isn’t it illegal to misrepresent/advertise a product? Why are so many game companies getting away with this? Seems kinda illegal just sayin
My experience with the game is I do enjoy it. but on the other hand i do notice the bugs, glitches, and things not working. The game is in a very beta state and it's bull shit that the dev team released it as it is charging full price. This kind of release is something that I have expected from Bethesda but not CDPR. I ate up there crap about being the dev out for the gamers, when apparently they were not, that's shame on me. it does worry me as well that it seems to be a common trend for gaming studios to be all going down this rabbit hole.

Good thing for me I didn’t buy this game, wanted to but knew something wasn’t quite right (and having flashbacks at the black ops 4 went to s***) so I said let’s wait a month after release and immediately after release look how much they lied lol

Me: It's a mediocre game at best with little to do in the shallow world. If GTA from 2004 is SUPERIOR in every way you have a garbage product..
CP2077 definitely soured me on preorders… even looking to see what's coming out. I'll be waiting on actual player reviews before I jump into any more AAA titles, this has been a hundred hours of disappointment in two hundred hours of game play.

The guy is right on every single point and yet I saw videos from Lusty and probably many other Youtubers defending this shit, that's what sickens me the most. When gamers agree to get fucked like this by saying"it ain't so bad", they are fucking the games for everyone else out there. Fake publicity is a serious crime where I live and this should be counted as one too, no exceptions.
I should’ve learned my lesson with past games but cyberpunk will be my last game that I buy on the release date. I’m gonna wait 2 months or more. Also I do agree with that the dev had to say. All of us are just their cash cow and they just have to use sweet words and shows “game play” to win us over. Fuck the liar. We need investigative journalism in gaming now. People who know the gaming industry and will ask the tough questions. Get on it. Please steal this idea
CP 2077 was the first AAA title I bought at launch for 10 years, and it will most likely be the last one. Gonna stock to indie games, and buy AAA titles when they dump the price to 20€
