I think the spec you mentioned on the PC's is a little weak you would have to run on Medium to Low settings to keep FPS up. I had a I7 7900k 32Gig Ram 1070Ti and i ran Cyberpunk on medium settings 20-50FPS and 7D2D on Medium settings 14-50 FPS. I upgraded to a I5 10700k 32Gig Ram AMD Rx6600XT and on Cyberpunk on High Settings get 40-70 FPS and 7D2D on High settings get 30 -90 FPS. I think in the near future those systems you were talking about will start having trouble running games at the lowest settings.
