The thing about Trauma Team is, they're often deployed to recover clients who have become injured in hostile environments. So a lot of times they're going in blind as to who is hostile and who isn't. Since their only concern is recovering the client, they treat everyone as a potential hostile – they don't take chances with the client's life or their own. If necessary they'll literally just kill everyone besides the client if that gives them the most direct route to client recovery (with some exceptions – they tend to step a little more cautiously around corporate engagements since they're usually better armed and trained than your average street gang).
I need more of this gameplay, and check drinks in afterlife, also remember ep 4 of edgerunners!!

I would really recommend you to play all the side missions, maybe not necessarily the gigs where you just kill opponents, but the right side missions because they are so well written and have such a great story and even have quite a replay value. Because after different decisions you can have different side missions. Unfortunately, many Lets Players only do the main story by rushing it, which is a pity and accordingly the game is played through quickly and then they complain that the game is too shortπ
it's a pity that you only got through the main story in the prologue, the side missions also give you money so that after the prologue you'll be relatively broke now, but with the side missions you could have afforded relatively cool things, cool weapons and upgrades etc but for that you have to put a lot more hours into the game but it's definitely worth it so I think a real let's play and not just a video put together like this where you just go through the main story quickly would be pretty cool

you should deactivate motion blur in the settings.Because that can get kind of annoying especially in the fight scenes

Are you on next gen? I noticed the frame rate was kinda all over the place, so if you are on next gen definitely use performance mode rather than ray tracing cause the retracing is just shadows; no reflections.
