You can find it on the second map on a very high skyscraper its a random encounter and should be the same for everyone, he will be there till you find him, there arent too many tall towers you will find it at some point so dont worry about it, all you require is the parachute thing you can reach it without the grappling hook.

You know what's funny that the Reds got Kyianu into their game and they made a great advertisement, and Techland has at least 3 Hollywood actors in their game 😀 and they didn't even bother with it 😀, it also shows that the Reds knew before the game was released that it was going to be shit and that's why they did such a show at E3 from Kyianu

It's a nice-ish Easter egg, but they're useless by the time you get them. They cost 369 scrap to build, the BP CANNOT be upgraded, and they only do 49 damage at lvl 4, and have only 40 durability, with no mod slots.
Mantis blade were my favorite thing to use in cp2077 so I will definitely be using these
I'm pretty sure the disappearing when out of view is a reference to cyberpunk as well

What i loved about dying light outside of the parkour was how self aware it was, They know it is a silly concept and nothing really makes sense, so why not capitalize on it make make it funny? Man i love these guys.
