Found this mod for different prices, 158k right now, I've seen it for 99k as well
Stores inventory seems to be random and refresh
I think the mod is broken, I just managed to buy about 5 of them and my stats page showed no difference to my crit chance or damage. My gun should have easily pushed me to 100% crit chance but I had the same chance as before getting the mods.
One of my armours has a Fortuna mod that is just 15% crit chance, that one does work but I don't know where to get more. I'm also looking for the autoloader mod.

Level 25 and no legendary items pop up, must have be much a much higher level

did his items drop? cuz i got the mod 1 out of 5 times but all the other crazy items you have in your video arent there. no blueprints and only green and white items …

1 the mod is broken 2 clothing mods are random you can find em on any cloths store throught night city , if you dont see the mod just get out of the store and skip time 24 hrs and check back again repeat until you see the mod you want
also armadillo clothing mod can be craft it the crafting spec can be found in several places and if you have the perk to craft epics and the perk to have a chance to upgrade your crafted item you can get epic armadillos like crazy

Crit chance/dmg mods don't stuck at this moment… If you have one from some category its all… I was hope that maybe they will change it… But… Its not important… If somebody wants… 100% crit chance or more crit DMG its possible to do this on other ways… Craft good stats weapon and upgrade it and of course invest points on good perks

Went there at two different occasions and both times I skipped time like +10 times and the DEADEYE never comes up. In Avante clothing shop in Charter Hill on the other hand… there I find it everytime.
