By the way, during the peralez quest, when you re pursuing the black van and get attacked by the maelstrons, if you pay attention you ll see 2 guys with black clothes trying to escape. If you kill them, one of them will be a shard telling to suspend the operation and that they is fleeing with the help of their "Allies" (Refering to Maelstrom i suposed). If you show this detailed on the video and i missed sorry lol but i think this contribute with your theories. Once again amazing work with lore man

…Actually, in-game on Morrow Rock station where Maximum Mike (Mike Pondsmith's actual in-universe character) talks about various conspiracy theories in-between songs he talks about a group of mercs that were over in Transylvania and were attacked by werewolves. Only they weren't mythical creatures, but genetically modified biological weapons and he talks about the not-so-secret Biotechnica cloning/human genetic engineering division that they have in Night City. Werewolves could potentially mean vat-grown clones or blanks that they use to put AIs or engrams into.
Something similar to the premise behind the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie "The 6th Day."
It certainly was one of the high-notes of this game

I think NightCorp is in the perfect position to siphon billions of eddies which flows into the city, and fund black projects which most likely are advanced artificial intelligence systems that are at the level of the blackwall, cynosure, and soul killer. Night City is an independent city state of pure anarcho-capitalism where anything goes, so they don't have to worry about being under the jurisdiction of the NUSA or some other entity, they also have control of the cities infrastructure and could have utilized large portions of the underground for their benefit, I mean Cynosure was RIGHT under Pacifica the entire time and wasn't really explored until the time of Colonel Hansens occupation(?) so perhaps there is some literally underground stuff going on being operated by Night Corp, they probably have Manhattan Project levels of secrecy going on with super AI weapons. There is already neurological manipulation going on which seems to be unique tech and pretty state of the art, I think Night Corp overall is a bigger player than anyone realizes, they could have AI surpassing old net rogue AI simply because they're being given better hardware and servers to work with.
Something tells me we will only really get to know Mr blue eyes in the third installment. They started working on Orion officially since yesterday cant wait to see what its all about.

There are some pieces I cannot fit into the puzzle. What Sandra Dorsett wants from Max-Tac? What role the Moon has in it? What Max-Tac has to it that Dorsett wanted them hacked? Who is Garry? Some brainwashed manjurian agent like from the movie "Conspiracy theory"? And the codenames… CN-7 is easy to identify, CN is obviously Carpe Noctem project and 7 is a number of tested version of AI, but what's with HK-13? Any ideas if this had something to connect with? Edit: Never mind. HK is probably just generic "Human Killed" or something.
Whats funny is that the ENTIRE storyline of the game is basically Techno Necromancy lol.
