In today’s GameSpot News, Persia talks about the next-gen version of Cyberpunk 2077 still releasing later this year, the free No Man’s Sky: Frontiers update, PUBG battle-royale creator Brendan Green forming a new studio, and when to watch the Tokyo Games Show.

In this video, Persia talks about today’s latest gaming news.  Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s next-gen versions are still on track to release this year but the developers aren’t setting anything in stone just yet.

No Man’s Sky: Frontiers is now live and introduces many new mechanics involving growing your own settlements, becoming a space mayor, and much more. Over 250 new building items and decorations have been added along with more save slots and other quality of life upgrades.

Brendan Greene, better known by his online persona PlayerUnknown, has also announced today that he will be leaving PUBG developer and publisher Krafton to form his own independent studio, PlayerUnknown Productions which Persia discusses along with the news that

Persia also goes over a few of the big names we’ll be seeing at Tokyo Game Show as the schedule was recently released and includes presentations from Xbox, Square Enix, Capcom, and more.

  1. I got Cyberpunk 2077 for Xbox from Best Buy a while back when it was $10. I had a $10 gift card making it free. That price sounds about right. I still haven't played it yet on my Series X, which should be kind of ok-ish I hear.

  2. They never learn do they? they didn't even showed us a teaser yet and will insist they can do it on time, they will not, just say it will be released in late 2022 already. Dead Space devs with less than a week after the announcement showed the early stages of development I bet CDPR didn't even touched the projects they just saw videos of that guy who recreates games with unreal engine and though to themselves "seems easy let's say it will be read for late 2021"
