I 100% agree. I have said this since week1. People are fickle. This game is beautiful. And makes you think. . .Deeply
What I took from Cyberpunk (before playing) is that hypetrains can kill development windows. Managers promise investors Christmas/Easter releases to capitalise on the hype-train, and so they decide investor-appeasing deadlines rather than the Devs having the power to say; “Look we need another 6-12 months, or we’re going to have to axe slews of content🪵🪓 + delay expansions to work on bugs post-release instead. =” There is a big lesson for game advertisement & roadmaps from this game.
The cyberpunk lore and universe is a near future possible outcome, and many have poured hundreds of hours into this. Its amazing truly.
I don't remember what ending it was because I got alot of them but at the end I was crying my eyes out
Cyberpunk 2077 was the first ever game to ever make me actually tier up the ending credits just hit different
I loved the game when it came out and I keep going back to the game now im even playing right now I've beat the game some many times I still can't get enough of it
The stories and character relationships were amazing! Jackie, Johnny, Panam, we’re characters you grew attached to and invested in. And the deep tones of remembrance, humanity, the closeness made this game so emotional. “A thing of beauty I know, will never fade away.”
The story telling in CP77 is outstanding and will always be one of my favourite games ever.
Even when it was released if you had a decent computer with good ssd it ran good with not much bugs and pretty crowded streets. It's the old gen consoles and the over hype
Hope billionaire will help this game please 🙏
In the world of Night City the only ones who get to live out thier lives peacefully are the ones who "walk away from it all" leaving with Panam, Johny leaves it all behind if you let him keep the body.
It’s about filling the weapon displayyy. Iconic weapon upgraded to legendary and max damage.
You dont know true pain unless you didn't save Takemura and find out after the fact that you could. I left him in that burning building to die alone.
I remember visiting Jackie's funeral, and listening to Misty talk about him and his past. For a brief moment, I felt like I actually exist in this world, consoling a friend.
Exactly. The story is one of my favourite in all the games i played. The characters, the emotions are just so overwhelming.
And that no one is born a legend you have to die in a spectacular way to become a legend
For me it was a partial false advertising example. They yanked so much content that still even now isn't back in the game, is truly scummy. That said, this world they've crafted is some of the most engaging and immersive experiences I've had in a game. The story is top notch, the music is 🔥, the combat is exhilarating and world building is fantastic.
I always came to a conclusion the game's message was to enjoy your life while you still can because life is fleeting.
Couldn't have said that better myself.
i only want 4 things for the game. 1. new game plus. 2. have separate character slots so I stop accidentally saving over another character. it happened 7 times last weekend alone. 3. we get a awesome anime for each dlc. and 4. we get a higher level cap so we can max out our characters attributes and skills.
Seeing the anime is a reason why I want a team again. Like with Jackie. I might consider playing the classic tabletop.
Literally hold the game for 2 years till it gets a balanced patch and now with edgerunner going on plus the 1.6 patch it is simply my most enjoyable game this year
NieR Automata-Cyberpunk2077 are my fav. RPGs
“I’ve never played a game that has affected me quite like this one”
Meanwhile, I’m playing SR2 and watching my boy Carlos be dragged through the street, knowing I’m going to have to kill him and end his suffering for the 45x. 😭
honestly, as good as cyberpunk is imo, it's still probably second to rdr2 story. Rdr2 story hits me wayy harder than Cyberpunk does.
I feel you bro
Cyberpunk 2077 story is one of the best I've seen in my life, it clears anything from GTA, Assassin's Creed and Mafia games, unlike regular games that are centered about crime and corruption, Cyberpunk puts you in a direct confrontation against the corrupt corpo system that stole the wealth and resources of the people left them in poverty, violence and corruption, its branching story system tells an excellent story about the importance of not regretting choosing what's right because nothing can change destiny
The only thing that comes close is GTA San Andreas,
I prefer the story of the game over Edgerunners.
