I feel so dumb
So, it wasn't just a jacket at all, it comes with a specs too, damn should've noticed much earlier, cos I felt bad for my character looking like an idiot just to maximize stats.
As a pure Cool & intelligence build I never thought of this. Now stuck with my rare Samurai jacket just wondering if getting legendary quality is still possible. Tnx gonna play as TECH in my next playthrough.
