I am almost sure that the reflections are not generated in real time, that's why you can see those little dots on all surfaces and walls, they need a few milliseconds to create the render, they do it by calculations, as Keyshot, vray, iray or blender does, and for that same reason fps drops are inevitable, this is the first time I have seen this method implemented in a real time rendering engine for a game, that is an mistake that CDPR has to change because only super pc's can support it
I hope one day CDPR fixes this jump when the character get out of the car 3:13
