Cyberpunk 2077 worth it in 2021 is a big question many are now asking. The next big Cyberpunk DLC is getting an increase in production and resources, so it could be a great time to jump back in.
I’ve already looked at a Cyberpunk 2077 review 2021 that outlined the game’s changes and updates 10 months after it’s disastrous launch. Even after the latest Cyberpunk 2077 update I didn’t feel enough had changed. At this point, I am waiting for the Cyberpunk 2077 next gen upgrade before I dive back in on my PS5.

What are your thoughts on paparazzi and how they sell pictures?
It's having a mass effect Andromeda moment.
Both games were never actually bad despite their poor perceived reception.
Old gen performance should be disregarded. At this point. You personally wouldn't play ANY game on an og Xbox anyways.
Also, even without the next gen update, it's still one of the best looking games on series x
CP does allow for a lot of creativity. But so many people just play it like GTA. Their ideal experience for cyberpunk is basically just playing a game they already played. THEY lack creativity.
One guy just wants car chases, another guy wants flying cars.
People's genuine expectations for this one, singular game are all over the place.
I was a massive CDPR fan before CP2077 and have to say that they've lost all goodwill they earned from the Witcher 3. I'd followed the development of CP2077 since the teaser trailer in 2013, only to see them piece by piece, strip away more features every year. You'd think them scaling back their scope of the game would have ended up with a precise masterpiece but we were left with a world that felt empty in a bad RPG and worse Action game. I've gotten two refunds, one from GOG and the other from Microsoft when I bought a copy for a friend on CDPR's TARGET launch hardware. How do you spend 6+ years developing a game for last gen and end up making something that's barely playable (One X too lmao). It's really embarrassing what this studio became, and their laughable "roadmap" has already fallen on it's face. All these guys should be unemployed
Got Cyberpunk for $30 and GTA 5 for $15.. when I get my gaming laptop those will be first games I play 💻
Hey Lono, what's good??? Sorry I've been swamped at work, have missed quite a few live streams…
I've noticed you brought up GoT, still very emotional about that game huh? awesome… XD yeah, if you ask me, the Japanese voice actors are super good in that game… In fact, one might think I'm biased about this, tho I don't think I am; Japanese voice-actors in general are very good regardless of the media… Here, I almost always go for original sound track when available but, have you ever watched Ratatouille (Pixar animation)? Love Patton Oswalt voice and cadence, but this movie in japanese is just too good (to be honest french would be the very best IMHO).
Anyway, about Cyberpunk… regardless the overall quality of the game between the many platforms, gameplay fundamentals wise, I didn't enjoy very much… also one aspect that gets overlooked often is: on PC the modding scene can make a mediocre game into a "sleeper hit" of sorts, which I believe is partially the reason for popularity on Steam… My friend plays on PC, I've only played on PS4 Pro, and our experiences are totally different (he do uses some mods on his)… I outright refused to waste space/time installing Cyberpunk into my PS5 (even tho I have a +1TB expansion)… and even if I get for free on PC, don't think will go back to it ever… it just brings about a sour taste, and since I've limited time to play games I rather shoot for new/promising ones, or games I actually have enjoyed playing XD
Cheers bro 😀
Cyberpunk 2077 is a great game
