  1. I honestly think this guy in the video is kind of a pussy because he hated the part with the robot and accepts a mediocre/sad ending as being the real ending.I loved the part with robot where you had to hide! I haven't had that much of an intense moment since meeting "Jeff" in Half Life Alyx. It was incredible how they made me feel when I was trying to hack a computer and then heard the robot coming and then had to go hide before it could see me.
Edit: Putting my edit at the begging of the post: "I honestly think this guy in the video is kind of a pussy because he hated the part with the robot and accepts a mediocre/sad ending as being the real ending."

  2. I don't think sending So mi to the moon will save her.
The fact is Mr Blue Eyes is possibly an AI that search the best way to let the AI invasion happen in the normal world, but in the way he want.
First i decided to send so mi to the moon but knowing Blue Eyes did it… I'm worried she will be used in the future, not by Myers but by thoses AI's, she will at least be in big redevance to Blue Eyes. I thinks its kind of a war between corpos and AI (AI even fighting themselves and corpos too) and that so mi, by being a nuclear numeric bomb, will never be free in reality. She will always be used by someone, that's her tragedy

I'm so sad to say this but i think in my new main playthrough, I'm gonna kill her. Because nobody merits her, because no innocents merit to die by her being abused and because it's the only way for her to taste a little bit of peace and freedom

If it can delay even a little the big war that's coming, and set her free, in the end it might be the best choice, i think, even tho it's one of the most painfull one's.

  3. I got the River ending for anyone who wants to know. Basically, it’s assumed he is now in prison for selling police secrets to pay for Randy’s rehab. But because he doesn’t want V to see him how he is now, he basically severs ties with her. I don’t like this ending only because that’s not River’s personality. I think I just prefer the suicide mission at this point lol. At least there is hope for a cure, not guaranteed but hope and you get to keep all your relationships intact.

  4. Just finished the game and DLC after 50 hours and I feel so empty tbh. I ended up turning song over to the NUSA at the end when I found out that she betrayed me and never planned to help me. Like you said, I was down horrendously for her and she betrayed my trust smh. Thought I could save her.

But I don’t like the ending where you lose your abilities. Vik goes corpo etc. just feels like you lost everything. I think letting song go is probably the best choice because Myers was using her as a WMD and it was a threat to humanity. Even though she betrayed us, it was for the best interest of mankind that she be separated from myers

  5. REED IS A REAL ONE.

Best ending is choosing Songbird if only for her to reveal she’s a traitor. That way it’s actually justified to turn her in with cold hard evidence…

Then turning her into Reed but refusing the help of surgery.

    Reed lives

Song lives but gets what she deserves
    Alex lives.

Then live out your final days with Panam.

  6. The only issue I have with them curing us is that I liked that the chip was this undeniable ending for us, we had this death sentence and no matter how we faced it. Giving up our body, freedome, trusting in other people or doing our own thing for the better or worse. The end stayed the same: V died when he/she got shoot way back at the start and there was no second chance just a bit more time to get some things done.

  7. Idk why or is it just me but i don't see wider picture or point of this new DLC ending. What was their point when all original endings are already there and full enough for you to chose whichever you like. They added nothing with this new ending and just made V miserable and completely alone and weak… Why CDPR, why?

  8. As you point out in the video, you’d have to be a total moron to trust Songbird after what we come to learn about her, and it is confirmed by how she reacts after you betray her. In this game, the over-arching theme asks the existential question about what it truly means to be human, and does the human soul exist? The name of the AI that encapsulates and stores Johny onto a chip is literally called ‘soulkiller’. And the whole notion of cyber psychosis, when it happens to someone else and when it temporarily takes control over V is essentially the same as demon possession, which is where a demon takes you over and you lose control over your actions. In this game, demonic possession or ‘cyber psychosis’ is represented with essentially supernatural power and total loss of control, resulting in mass murder of not just enemies but innocents who happen to unfortunately be in the way. Also when you experience this first hand as V during combat, you actually hear the voice of the demon laughing as V goes on a murdering rampage. As for Songbird, we know she has betrayed everyone up to this point, and even just looking at her, she is more robot than a human girl, making her the least human of the main characters in the DLC. Furthermore, we know she has the power to bypass and use the blackwall firewall, which clearly indicates that in all probability, the real Songbird is dead, and it’s a malevolent AI (or demon) who now inhabits and controls her, and the demon AI will do anything to escape, including betray her closest allies and you. So by helping Songbird, you are essentially helping a demon AI escape the blackwall, and are betraying your allies. And while in this scripted ending, Alex dies, it’s much better that she dies than help this demon AI carry out its plan. As a mortal, V has no foreknowledge of the scripted endings, so using that information, as a player is essentially breaking the role playing and cheating. In reality, V would never help Songbird, knowing full well that she isn’t really human and has betrayed everyone up to this point. The real V isn’t a naive moron, so any choice where you help Songbird and go against your allies would be going against V’s true character and nature. Having said that, having multiple endings makes for more interesting game play as it presents the illusion of player choice, but in reality, everything is basically on rails and pre-scripted. You can’t really ‘win’ phantom Liberty, in that there are no happily ever after ending scenarios where the good guys survive and V gets the chip removed without a huge loss. It’s at best a pyrrhic victory.

  9. In the credits of the "" v stays alive but at a cost ending" . Rogue holos you and says somthing like "v you were nearly a legend , there are some guys who want a drink named after you " but they dont and if im right she tells you to stay away dont tarnish the nearly legend.
    No chrome , no legend

  10. So I've saved the game during the final choice of sending Songbird to the moon or Reed. I have chosen Reed first just so I can see the new ending but tbh, the true ending to me is sending her to the moon.. Considering this is based on spy novels/movies, nothing is more classic spy than turning on your friend who's following orders from the corrupt group, all to save a damsel in distress.

  11. 3:45 u seriously complaining about difficulty? this fight on very hard is super easy, all you have to do is pop sandevistan once or twice depending on how good your shooting is. (like 99% of fights in CP, especially after u get some decent cyberware) Sadly the game is still way too easy after 2.0, especially if u got things like air dash.

  12. You forgot one more "ending" which was if you don't do anything at all at the beginning of the story. It's hilarious, the president dies, so mi basically lives for a few more days, and no one bats an eye, not even the two agents that went "undercover" in dogtown. it's not really an ending more like a way to just dodge an entire story. it's funny as hell though. And the fucked up part is that it's the happiest ending for practically everyone if you know the context. So mi is pretty much free to do wtf she wants, the other agents are in "retirement," V is still at square one (which compared to progressing all to go back to square 1 doesn't seem that bad), Hansen lives, Johnny gets his Alcohol. Literally you solve the problem without even knowing what it was. Fucking hilarious.

  13. This dlc makes me sick. In the good way. I now know what happends when you continue with reed. I loved too see what happends “IF” and what happends to the people around you. But my canon ending is with panan. I like it more. And it’s way better. But the influence of so mi is insane. But also the conversation with Johnny. It’s insane

  14. I still feel that the ending with panam is the best it still has an element of hope that v may be able to extend his life I mean come on if Adam smasher is 97? 98? (I forgot the number) percent cyberware I’m sure they could do something too extend his lifespan. As the ending says they have “contacts” so there is an element of hope and regardless would you rather be alone with nothing left or spend what is possible your last 6 months with your lover and your family (the aldicaldos)

  15. Best one is either killing songbird or sending her to the moon. If you let Myers have her she'll use her to kill anyone and everyone she doesnt like as well as basically breaking international law over and over again. The cure also is just not worth it as compared to basically doing anything else. There is no happy endings but at least you can go out your way.

  16. Thank for the Heads-up bro. That ending Suks to lose everything and become a nobody. Guess Reed gets a bullet to the head and songbird goes to the moon. Real life does suk too so no big loss there. Jesus is Lord after all. The pearly gates await. Ciau.

  17. I personally took Songbird to the shuttle and sent her to space it sucks I had to kill Reed but I actually think he wanted to die after seven years of pretending to, he finally actually died and I'm assuming when she gets saved on the moon you can also be saved on the moon when you go there in one of the endings.

but anyway personally I think this is the best ending and then the best ending for V is you allow journey to take over your body because he then gets a second chance and you get to Live Forever as an AI same as alt Cunningham.

who knows? maybe Johnny can help you get a new meat suit body? or maybe songbird can help you after she has been cured on the moon?

  19. Songbird living is the worst ending. If you know anything about cyberpunk lore than you know the AIs behind the black wall are the equivalent of eldritch horrors. Songbird is infected by one or more of them (i think she's infected with blackwall which is the AI that contains the other AIs)
What's wrong with sonfbird is 10x worse than cyberphycosis and Myers dumb ass thinks she can control it as a weapon. Its already hinted that those rogue AIs are gearing up for war because they are running out of space. They are hostile towards mankind not because they are evil but because they see people as outdated algorithms that need to be deleted. In the source books its hinted that the next corporate war which you can see starting to brew in game, the blackwall will finally break and some if not all the AIs get out. Songbird might be the harbringer of the apocalypse

  20. 13:10 the new ending is either the Kerry Eurodyne ending (if you believe that Kerry will change and find time for V), or the new Rogue/Dex ending (become a shitty fixer). IMO all of these options suck, unless you roleplay a gay V that's head over heals into Kerry

  21. What V was doing in the game is first of all creating enemies, such people cannot afford weakness, weakness for such is death, the whole life of such people boils down to a simple thing: either you are strong or you are dead. The future of such a weak V is extremely clear – death in a dirty street from one of herhis many enemies that will certainly take advantage of the situation. This is the worst ending in the game.

  22. I guess under the wrong circumstances, the Hansen fight can suck. My V used the golden bat and beat the ever-loving shit outta him, and I'm one of the few Berserk users (the Militech one).

  24. the most canon ending is sending songbird to the moon and do the dont fear the reaper ending potentially making v into a construct to put in a new body and myers starting the 4th corporate war without having someone that can breach the blackwall as a military weapon
