You must have not played alot of games before this
It was buggy because the fan base forced them to push for an extremely early release when the game wasn’t ready for it. The fans are to blame for the unfinished state it was in at the time of release, not the developers. Despite the issues it had at launch, it’s still one of the best open world games – much better than most of what Bethesda has put out. Plus, if you have the time and can find a good group to do so, I’d highly recommend trying out Cyberpunk’s OG tabletop RPG.
Cyberpunk was the perfect example of why people & companies need to listen to the devs. Delay after delay because execs wanted last gen console play, and that made impatient fans go off. A perfect storm.
Im glad its come so far despite all that
Love the game save for 2 things. The driving sucks but i deal, also im in the vast minority but i hate johnny silverhand. Love mr reeves but hate the character of johnny.
When there is good art. Good quality product it will shine bright no matter the issues. Especially when so many issues get patched it leaves the things that shine shining brighter than ever.
I always tell myself, just an hour or two… Only to end up playing it 8+ hours long, it just draws me in, to me it's incredibly immersive
