  1. You should have tested driving on 1080p as well. When you switch to 1440p at the beginning of the test, your gpu usage drops to 80s and fps drops to 40s when driving slowly, this is cpu bottleneck, imagine how it would be driving faster. Game's performance is not fixed yet and probably never will. It needs a beef cpu and gpu that may not even exist yet in the market lol
