  1. So I tried out this build against the border checkpoint enemies on very hard difficulty (this is apparently the most difficult encounter in the game) and they went down like a sweet muffin! I've seen lot's of other high damage character builds here on youtube but this is one of the few builds that has extremely high damage AND healing potential. It is seriously overpowered and makes you basically invincible.

  2. If you do not kill the Maelstroms at the beginning and fight with them against Militech to escape the All Foods Plant, when you return at least 24hrs later there will be a weapon vender there that carries a Legendary Satara.

  3. I also have a farming method for Engineering xp that yields about 1,000 Engineering xp every ~20s using grenades. It helps if you're already at the cap with other weapons bc if your weapon skill is capped you won't get engineering xp for killing through walls. I don't make videos and I don't know how to reach you, but I'd be more than happy to share.

  4. wow finally someone has seen the power of the d12, this is almost my exact build but i have 20 reflex with heal on kill and bioconductor with sandevistian. Also i have the countermass mod (you gotta try this) on my quasar and have reduced charge time instead of headshot multiplier.

  5. Not sure if this is common knowledge but it would seem Projectile Launcher benefit from some of the Technical Ability. Not sure of the extent but I’ve noticed that the Feedback Circuit activates with a charged Projectile Launcher hit.

  6. Honestly, with how overpowered pistols (and rifles) are compared to shotguns, just skip the Body attribute altogether and focus on Cool for damage (not really necessary I think) or Intelligence for versatility.

  7. Try get a DR12 quasar from a box or a boss with the perk, where it’ll shoot 2 rounds at once, but lowers the rate of fire, honestly it’s insane! Game breaking 1 shot everything. Especially if you spec into level 20 crafting and spend points into engineering for tech weapons, it’s called revamp, each skill point will increase the damage 25% and increased charge damage by 10%!

  8. [Heads-Up] As recent as 1.11 Two of the perks are supposedly tested by the community and not working properly.
    Superconductor
    Revamp
There's actually a modder fix for perks that don't work (If you're into that sorta thing. Which I am not, and hence the concern)

However, even without those, this build rocks. I do not have everything installed and i'm still quite viable on Very Hard.

    Nice Job Shatter !!!!

  9. [Question for the group] Has anyone found either the leggo DB2 Satara crafting spec, and/or leggo weapon as loot or for sale?
Thus far, the only way I can find to get the leggo version is to do the story as follows:
    – Don't talk to Militech lady
    – Pay Royce the 10,000 $ eddies
    – Get "Double Jump" add-on and glitch into the secret Maelstrom Gun Shop.

  10. Seeing this, and with cool only being 11, I wonder if i could do a 20 body/reflex/tech would work. The majority of the damage abilities in cool are practically back loaded, and if your doing this well with only 11 in cool I wonder if it's even necessary to do awesome with this setup.
