oh also Crane , i found i think a new event in the desert NW of the canyon car ramp …6 people around a campfire in the middle of the desert near the border wall out of bounds cut off , drive nw from the ramp at night , you will see the campfire in the dark , when you get there people dancing around the fire , 2 people playing steel drum bongo things , if you approach the campfire , a sandstorm rolls in and kills everyone instantly at the same time…. i dont think this was in pre patch , but could be wrong and just never found it back in the day on my first playthrough … can find a data card thingy there with some weird story about some guru dude , and being "weary" who you let approach your campfire…. kinda weird and spooky if done at night
