Fyi right by Judy's house to the right of the fast travel point there is a ladder that goes down. There are enemies there that you can kill and get the auto smart shotgun. Almost the same one you get when you beat adam smasher.

Okay so I beat all of Judy's quest and slept with her and she gave me access to the apartment but the shotgun is not there…
Looks like an awesome shotgun. Hmm, last night, Judy UGH!… Giving V ish, saying V got everyone killed. Hello? When V got the cigarette case, BYE! Even when Judy said, "Wait" just before V hit the door to the way out, V just left anyway. V don't play that game. V is not like everyone else in Night City. V is honest & loyal to friends and is not about betraying/harming anyone, who is helpful or needed. That "industry" & Judy's mistrust of everyone, completely justified. V understands and will forgive & forget, if that's an option later.
I know I'm a bit late but after a few in game days she will text you. Then the gun will be on the counter. I do not remember how many days exactly.
(No I did not get it myself my friend informed me of this a little while ago.)
Okay wait for Judy to drunk text you and she will message you a bit later that she has something for you at your apartment and that's how you get the shotgun

Unfortunately there’s a glitch with this the weapons not there, the problem solver is glitch too when u kill the boss for the SMG he doesn’t drop it
