  1. Been playing on PC with decentish specs and i have had no issues atall apart from the odd texture pop in here and there. My main issue is the lack of world immersion outside of the missions and gigs and some of the false expectation/promises i and many others had with this game.

    Great pod as always lads

  2. Amount of bugs I've had in cyberpunk is stupid you should have seen some of the stupid deaths I've had like I was walking down the stairs to vics clinic and died for no reason I'm assuming the game thought I took fall damage or something and then during a main mission there's a super buggy lift where once I fell though the world and twice I clipped though it and ended up beside where it was supposed to be on a leadge the first time I walked off and the second I could climb back up.
Had about 50 crashes also and a few times where I've summoned my bike and it will spawn under a cars and send it flying
Not to mention the fact that everywhere I go there's just constantly bottles smashing and that enimes trip over body's and kill themselves
Still loving the fuck out of it but it definitely diserves heavy criticism and the console version from what I've seen is truly pathetic and should not have been released in the state its in

im lazy as fuck so copyed this from a discrod convo i had yesterday

  3. Brilliant! Love this podcast. I weirdly feel like you 3 are my mates even though I've never met you! Sign of a good podcast I reckon. Not played Cyberpunk yet, looking forward to hearing your thoughts…

  5. It's hilarious that the game apparentely runs great on Stadia. It was as good as dead but all it took was the most anticipated and most buggy release in recent memory to breathe new life into it.

I managed to play about 2h on Geforce Now and the performance was also surprisingly good there

  6. not sure why Liam is having issues, i have a very similar setup ryzen 7 3700, 1080, 16g ram etc, and the game runs flawlessly. Solid 60 fps, and nothing turned down at all. I get bugs and glitches, occasional crash – but the graphics have been perfect.

  7. I suspect that they kept adding more & more until it was no longer last gen consoles. I came very close to making the game my 1st pre-order or day 1 buy. I kind of glad life issues & instincts made me wait.
I try not to be a day 1 buyer or early adapter. These ppl usually end up being some sort of beta tester.
Apparently the Witcher was released with a lot of bugs.

  8. I used to be big in Ark in 2015/16 but now barely dip into single player now and then. But ya seconding Liams comment, you look at steam stats and see why they are going big into it. Not to even mention consoles as well

  9. I play cyberpunk on PC and it's weird hearing Liam saying that it runs bad, I had no performance issues and I play with ray tracing with everything on high at least.

  10. Running this game on a high end PC makes it feel like a decent game but it still feels like something's missing especially looking back to the Witcher 3 where it felt feature complete and packed to the gills with content. Cyberpunk still has a lot to go at but what is there feels pretty surface level. The life choices may as well not be there and it'd probably have been better just to pour all the resources into one solid V instead of vaguely gesturing at different backgrounds and then settling into the same narrative anyway.

I'm still enjoying the game but it's not hitting me the way Witcher 3 did.

  11. Honestly guys, I would think most people would be more curious to learn how the game runs on the last gen consoles which you most likely have stored away after you got your hands on the next gen consoles, but hey its hard not to focus on the pretty new toy that you have in your catalogue.
An no I'm not jelly about not having a ps5 myself, well a little bit I must admit, but I'm getting tired of the same damn schtick from game jurno's "we'll I've played it on the next gen console, but I hear its the same on last gen" and then proceeds with the review like it was done on actual last gen.
Most people are on last gen and its damn near impossible to get a good and clear review on the ACTUAL last gen, had hoped to get at least a couple hr's impression on last gen before you mainly played on current gen.

Still love you guys, have a great christmas and a safe new year.

  12. I'm playing on XSX, it works fine to be honest, only seen one T-pose so far. My biggest gripe is that it feels like I'm playing a walking simulator, I honestly don't think I've made an actual choice yet.

It's like watching a film…a good film, but still a passive experience.
