My first time playing threw was Street kid and did two different endings one with Johnny Silverhand and with Paman and got different rewards from both.
You forgot the caretaker's shovel you get from rogues route.
You can get the Widow Maker after defeating Nash in your first Panam mission. It will lay near his body before you leave the cave. Probably haven't talked to Cassidy (cowboy hat man) do his shooting challenge and you'll receive the Amnesty revolver. After the game ending it is sadly not in your inventory anymore just like the Prejudice assault rifle.
Lame! 🙄🙄 the secret Don't Fear The Reaper ending is better than all of those
