There was a halo level with this in it, that's how I recognized it when playing cyberpunk
Anyone else think this guy sounds a lot like Jay Gordon from Orgy? As soon as I heard it it took me back to 2002 and his song "Slept So Long" from the Queen of the Damned movie Soundtrack. Both songs give me goosebumps. Makes me sad knowing how many people have blown the game off after a few hours so never spent time flicking through the radio stations to take in what an amazing eclectic soundtrack it offers.
This song gives me MM or NIN vibe.

Oh I remember in my second playthrough when I played as male V and I decide to meet Hanako but I was going for the Panam romance. Just as I entered the car this song started and it suited perfectly, it started with Panam helping V with the first step to save himself and it would end with the two of them doing the last push to have a new life together
