They lied to all and put an unfinished and buggy mess on the market.Simple as that.I trust them no more.
1.5 is working pretty well on PC.
I think that going public was beginning of the end. When gaming company is owned by some semi-anonymous shareholders, not the gaming-freaks that established it, there is only one future for it.
5 mins in and extremely bummed on Witcher 4 now – wow it's basically a completely different company to Witcher 3…
I feel like I'm gonna get hate for this, but I think cdpr should just drop cyberpunk and put all their focus on the witcher 4. I commend the devs for trying to fix this game. However the damage is done and has left a huge stain on cdpr's reputation. Also it was announced that cyberpunk's expansion was delayed to 2023 (no date confirmed). I feel like the best way for them to get forgiveness is to make witcher 4 the best as they possibly could. And that would mean putting all their focus on the witcher 4 and letting go of cyberpunk.
Unrealistic expectations? We expected to get what they promised us…”the most immersive open world ever created” and all that bs, pisses me off that people say this like we just hyped it up to be something it could never be.
Seriously this company is out of touch…the incentive for them should have been our money 💰 fucking what…I heard that that's scummy af fuck them and that marketing horse they rode in on I'm still annoyed by cdpr
i was excited for cp2077 then saw the shit show it turned out to be and didnt buy it. i recently got it on sale for more than half the price and it was so boring i didnt play more than an hour. that hour was filled with glitches and stutters. i feel bad for people that bought it for full price.
people, stop pre ordering games and paying full price for them. developers need to learn a lesson and the only way that will happen is if we hit them in their bank accounts.
There is one slight issue I have in this video, specifically pertaining to the police chases. Pawel later clarified in another live-stream that someone formed the question in a way to get a specific answer along with continually pushing Pawel to answer it as well. His actual reasoning was altogether different.
CDPR are giving up on the Red engine because the people who coded it have left the company and its not documented enough for anybody else to work on. Plus with the loss of the source code it could never be secure anyway.
Ooof. So in the end, they still haven't finished this game, and it's unlikely they ever will. Gotta feel bad for the console peasants.
Also, I'm definitely taking a wait-and-see approach to Witcher 4. Witcher 3 launched about 7 years ago, and they've only made two games since then! And they're both freaking failures! If CDPR has hemorrhaged over 60 percent of the staff that originally worked on Wild Hunt, that leaves their sequel on some rather shaky ground. Ain't no way in hell I'm supporting that game on launch, even if I've been starved for more of that world. At this point, CDPR needs to prove it has the right to exist, and has the right to keep making Witcher games.
CDPR tarnished there reputation, unfortunately I will not be waiting for this game when it finally comes out this 2077
I play it often now and it's great. Glitches are still there, but minimal. below the glitch & crash rate of a Bethesda open world game.
Switching engines doesn't cut off the heads that made the decisions. I'll never have a good level of trust with their dipshit management
"Keep you expectations low then you will never be disappointed"-Kratos.
I'm running Min specs on my P.C. RX 570 and a Ryzen 5 about 4-5 years old?
The game has run fine from launch, Some time low frames 40-34 but mostly more then 50-57 lowest dip I've noted was 24ish.
When the game 1st came out I had a few glitches, one none critical mission was broken and some silly pop ins and NPC glitches. Nothing game breaking.
I got burnt buying Battle Field 4 on 360 back in the day and wasn't happy. So I get the anger from console fans but at this point seems like a pile on kicking of a dead horse.
The core game wasn't bad, maybe 7-10 just because it's form a AAA studio. But I got my moneys worth because my friend bought it for me as a steam gift. XD
I started playing again recently and they have done a lot to flush it out. I'd say it's worth buying today, get it on sale for sure but doesn't deserve the hate it gets.
I want them to drop 2077….its dead….make witcher 4 instead
Fantastic game from the start. I was playing on PC since day one and after over 300 hours Im waiting for more. Thing that frustrates me the most is that people didn't gave this game a chance [ and a lot of people never Saw this game and are complaining cos everyone else are doing the same ]. Cyberpunk had a lot of bugs not as many as many other AAA games and those games are praised as Duck by gaming community. I UNDERSTAND that console players were upset cos CDPR Lied to everyone about technical state of port but PC was stable and fun. It was never broken/unplayable on PC. Do not be upset on whole studio cos it's just idiotic. Be upset at Studio leads who made bad decisions. CDPR is good company that made some mistakes. That's all.
You're doing a fantastic job. 👏🏻The quality of your videos is tremendous.
Who cares? You only get one shot to debut a franchise and that is release day. People forget that CD Projekt Red has never released a complete game in the history of the company. Every title has needed months to get rid of the jank. The Witcher 3 was such a meme when it released.
The streets look like the most pedestrian, generic setup I have ever seen. Where is this AI from? 2011?
Picked it up for a big discount. Will keep it in my backlog for at least 6 more months before tackling it.
I just recently came back to this game because most games our drying up. Ive been enjoying cyberpunk and i plan to keep playing it till games like the new elderscrolls game and the witcher comes out.
Skip the redundant opening 14 minutes
Pathologic 1 is a better rpg than cyberpunk, and that game runs like ass
It's kind of bittersweet because I love the game and spent 60 hours getting to 100% on my first playthrough but, at the same time, I spent another 60 hours just exploring the game world both normally and no-clipping and discovering just how much work was started and abandoned or repurposed and it just pisses me off. I remember it being mentioned somewhere that there was essentially another half a game's worth of content that was cut during production and you can almost take that at face value when you realize how much stuff around the city that looks important has no function or purpose.
Its a damn shame because the story is amazing imo but everything else outside the main story holds it back monumentally
8:00 to 8:52 Anybody know what game that is? That looks awesome!
