So today I found a couple of interesting walkways. These pedestrian bridges don’t sound exciting, but their finished state provides some beautiful views over Night City and showcase that planned verticality was very much implemented.

They had to cut out the walkways because they remembered the game takes place in America so there can't be any hint of it being a walkable city for realism reasons

I don't get why they didn't just throw a few thousand bucks around and pay some of the modders and permanently add some of their improvements to the game. They would have been seen as heroes if they had done that and it would have been less than the cost of one dev.
So in short…. We could have got Dubai City……… Instead we got Man City……. Cool
